All orders are subject to confirmation, availability, and acceptance by Asti Beauty.
Asti Beauty reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of incorrect information, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm the order.
Asti Beauty is not responsible for any additional charges such as bank fees, customs duties, taxes, or currency conversion fees imposed by payment providers or local authorities.

4. Delivery & Shipping (UAE & GCC)

Delivery services are available within the United Arab Emirates and selected GCC countries (including but not limited to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and courier operations.
Customers must provide a valid phone number, complete address, and accurate delivery details.
Asti Beauty is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
Delays caused by courier companies or customs authorities
For GCC orders, customers acknowledge that customs clearance procedures may apply and may result in delays.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns or replacements are only accepted in cases where:
The product arrives damaged
The product has a manufacturing defect
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and order details.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused directly by Asti Beauty.

6. Product Information

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes.
Minor variations in packaging, color, or scent may occur due to manufacturing batches and do not constitute defects.
Results may vary from person to person depending on skin type and usage.

7. Use of Products

Asti Beauty products are intended for personal use only.
Customers are responsible for reading product instructions and warnings before use.
Asti Beauty shall not be held responsible for misuse, allergic reactions, or improper handling of products.

8. Limitation of Liability

Asti Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the purchased product.

Customer information is collected solely for order processing, delivery, and customer support purposes.
Personal data will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for payment processing or delivery services.
